He created the World’s first inner ear transplant and has pioneered multiple innovations in various fields using Graphene. He also specialises in Implementation and maintenance of the strategies 3D Modelling, Geometry optimisation
Generative design, 3D printing of custom prosthetics both for Human and Veterinary purposes and Additive Manufacturing. He has created a custom fusion of Osteogenic Bone matrix to Sintered Titanium-Stem Cell simulation growth with OBM onto bio- plotting material Hydrogel for bone regrowth including development of Virtual reality processors for Occupational Therapy for TBI patients of all sectors. He has undertaken Biohacking for Mammalian stem cell regrowth onto organic stem cells through incubation. He has pioneered a Cad layout of preoperative models for Maxilla facial surgeries from training received by Materialise in Belgium 

Gavin is the co-founder of Promake and has about 25 years of experience in product design, CAD, 3D printing, and leadership in technological advances. He has undertaken overseeing operations, procedures, and improved the efficiency of the business. His exceptional ability to turn concepts into products. He along with Jason Laing created the World’s first inner ear transplant. He was also the pioneer in 3D printing of Visual spinal model modelled from MRI scan using Stereolithography with binder jetting technology.

Gavin brings a huge experience of internal and external auditing, leadership and exceptional technological brain to the projects he is involved in.

Gemma has worked in various roles in different industries and brings a wealth of experience to generate, sell, negotiate, and promote business with an intuitive approach. This has led her to coordinate and oversee marketing teams and create strategic, extensive and detailed work in promoting the Promake brand and its awareness . Emotionally intelligent, Gemma is extremely good in her role as Chief Marketing Officer, creating short-term and long-term business strategies, budget management and marketing to facilitate company growth and communication.

Karan has graduated from George Washington University, DC with a double major in Economics and International Affairs. He has worked in several high-profile institutions such Rothschilds, Seale & Associates, (both M&A) and at WMD Asset Management as Financial analyst. He set up and successfully ran his own company assisting University applicants for several years. He was also awarded by the World Bank in Washington DC for presenting a novel concept to revitalize Global education systems. A NCAA Division 1 Athlete, he was involved in GW winning its four consecutive championships at university level.
